Shipping

• You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Blithe reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments based on product availability. You will be notified if product is on back order.
• Special routing instructions must be specified or Blithe will ship at our discretion.
• Special handling requests are subject to extra charge and may be subject to limitations at our discretion.
• International customers are responsible for entry into destination country, including freight forwarder arrangements, customs clearance and all associated broker charges, import duties, customs fees, tariffs and taxes. Shipping and other fees for orders held or denied entry by customs or refused by the customer will not be refunded.
• Blithe does not drop ship or ship C.O.D.

Product Returns

• Most Blithe product is handcrafted. There may be slight variations in color, texture, and finish. We do not consider these flaws, but rather an indication of our product individuality.
• Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepencies. Any shipping damage or loss must be claimed by consignee with carrier. All other claims must be submitted to Customer Service within ten days of receipt. Please submit claim in writing to customerservice@shopblithe.com.
• Returns may be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
• No Returns will be accepted without Blithe Return Authorization (RA) number and form. All cartons must be identified with this number. Returns must be received in their original condition at our Austell, Georgia fulfillment center.
• Unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.
